1) This Italian Slider Auto Assembly Machine (semi-auto for fancy puller) is our newly designed slider making machine.
2) With semi-auto fancy puller no need to change the spare parts and only needs doing some adjustments.
3) Average output: 4500 pcs/hr (auto mode).
4) Italian slider accessories are fed from the parts-feeder then auto-assembled on the main disk. Checking devices is made in each step to pick defect goods out and machine stops automatically.
5) Can switch auto mode for normal puller and semi-auto mode for fancy puller to assembly. Can adjust the speed.
