Advantages:

1- It uses ultrasonic cutting to avoid easy loose edge problem of zippers and improve the strength.

2- Same size of nylon zipper, metal zipper, plastic zipper which with “T” type hole punching mould can be cut by the same machine. But zippers with butterfly 6 holes “T” type hole punching mould , straight hole punching mould and other Only 3# and 5# zippers can be cut by the same machine, other size zippers should be cut by different machine.

3- Different sizes of zippers can be cut on the same machine if the Tape is wrapped inside the box. Otherwise, different Size zippers need separate machine for cutting.
