PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This machine is used to polish metal zipper teeth head and automatically adjustable plating abrasion, making zippers enjoy higher quality. The polished teeth head has no sharp edge or burr. 2-in & 2-out is available.

The teeth are designed according to teeth head direction and shape. The teeth heads are shifted horizontally by 12 fixtures in different angles, and then completely polished by 24 polishing wheels from positive and negative directs from rough to find for metal zippers.
